In this Workshop (class) taught by Corinne Gervai one will delve deeper into the realm of Hip Opening. Hip opening has the potential to take the participant into deep opening of stored energy in this area and to create a beautiful and powerful opening on the physical, emotional and spiritual level. This practice will allow each student to choose from various options depending on one's personal abilities.
